Heating and cooling for Los Angeles, done right the first time

Just installed a new heat pump in our home after our 20 year old system lived out its useful life. We got three quotes before choosing Jason at Breezr to do the job. Jason delivered superior customer service, displayed a high degree of professionalism and recommended a high quality product. Jason was always quick to reply to my texts or emails and his team was punctual, left the area as clean as they found it. Most importantly, Jason’s pricing was by far the most fair of the bids we received. Some of the quotes we received were eye popping! We know you shouldn’t always take the cheapest bid you receive but in this case we’ve had an excellent customer service experience, and got a quality product well within our budget. Right after my first contact, they came out to the house and gave me an estimate that was fast but still thorough and detailed. Once I hired them, they scheduled the HVAC installation promptly and finished right on time. And they did this all while working closely and coordinating with my contractor who was renovating my house at the same time. The team was clearly knowledgeable. We had an amazing experience with Breezr. Our air-conditioning went out on a very hot Sunday and Jason, the owner, immediately came over to assess our situation. Given how busy they have been with the Los Angeles heat, he proceeded to get the part on a Sunday afternoon and fix our air-conditioning on the spot. At some point, we will need to replace our HVAC, and there is no doubt we will use Breezr.

Jason and his team at Breezr were fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone without reservation. They were responsive, friendly, and above and beyond helpful. They even cleaned up the trash left behind by the last HVAC team that I didn’t even know was up there! Jason truly went above and beyond to fix my AC issues and even followed up the following week to make sure everything was still good. And yes this is the second time I said “above and beyond.” He gave me his honest opinion and found a cost effective and quick solution as compared to other quotes I received for thousands more and a whole lot more time.
